As a part-time real estate investor I frequently browse the net looking for new tools that can help me to automate my business. One of the most time consuming and expensive tasks in that business is marketing.
Without an effective and efficient marketing solution I wouldn’t be in business for long. That’s why I was so excited when I found a series of real estate investor websites at such an affordable price. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen many different solutions out there but they are either very cost prohibitive or don’t offer the bells and whistles I need. I technical enough to write up these blog entries and post them here but I don’t know the first thing about setting up database tables, making forms or creating an automated follow-up system.
EZWebSolutions.biz has created this nice set of investor websites that has everything I was looking for in this type of solution. It’s like the entire site is one big squeeze page. Take a look at their We Buy Houses website and see what I mean. It has all the information capturing forms, special reports, graphics, professional look and administrative console that I need. I don’t even need to know HTML to manage the site! It has a Microsoft Word-like interface for me to maintain the content of the site with ease.
Capturing motivated seller leads is completely automated. I can simply setup a pay-per-click campaign and drive traffic to the site and essentially get all the leads I can handle. I’m not sure how long the special will last but they are currently offering a free autoresponder solution with each website purchase so I went ahead and canceled my other service and saved myself $20 a month. I really like the “We Buy Houses” site and they also offer similar sites for selling houses and finding private lenders to fund my deals.
Using this style of marketing I’m averaging about 20 leads each month that usually turn into 1 or 2 actual deals that we turn into profit. Now my only recurring expenses are the pay-per-click fees that I can manage with the click of a button at Google and Yahoo and a minimal monthly hosting fee which I was already paying for my homemade looking site! For a one-time &97 purchase price I’ve achieved my goal of getting an affordable solution and one that really works.
